This class focusses on 5 components: Strength, Flexibility, Tumbling, Limbering and Balance to promote confidence in skill development from moves like Bridge to Aerials. Tailored approach to teaching so all abilities and experiences welcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must let us know 24 hours prior to the session start time. Please note: Ahead of attending any aerial class/summer camp you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q form. This will be sent to you via email and you must complete this before attending. If we do not have a completed form back from you, you will be asked to do one on the day and the participant won't be able to join in until it is completed and verified.
